1. Guarantee Coverage

REVAMP guarantees that its products are free from defects in materials, manufacturing, and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Under normal use and service, REVAMP products are guaranteed to perform as intended.

This guarantee applies only to consumers and does not extend to retailers.

2. How to Claim Under This Guarantee

If you experience an issue with your REVAMP product within the guarantee period, please contact our Consumer Relations Department for assistance.

When doing so, have your product model number and proof of purchase available.

3. What This Guarantee Does Not Cover

This guarantee does not cover damage or faults caused by:

• Misuse, abuse, or accidents
• Attachment of unauthorized accessories
• Alterations or modifications to the product
• Improper installation or power supply issues
• Unauthorized repairs or servicing
• Failure to follow manufacturer care or maintenance instructions
• Dropping or other physical damage
• Transportation damage, theft, neglect, vandalism, or environmental conditions
• Loss of use while the product is being serviced or awaiting repair

REVAMP does not authorize any person—including retailers, resellers, or subsequent purchasers—to extend or alter the terms of this guarantee in any way.

4. Geographic Scope

This guarantee is valid only in the country where the product was originally purchased and operated.

Products that require modification or adaptation for use in another country, or that are damaged as a result of such modification, are not covered under this guarantee.

5. Our Commitment

This guarantee represents the sole and exclusive remedy available under these terms. No other express or implied guarantees apply, including any implied guarantee of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

REVAMP shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages. Our responsibility is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts within the guarantee period. Refunds are not available.

If replacement parts are unavailable, REVAMP reserves the right to provide a comparable product in lieu of repair or replacement.

6. Excluded Purchases

This guarantee does not apply to products that have been:

• Opened, used, repaired, repackaged, or resealed
• Purchased through internet auction sites, surplus resellers, or bulk sales channels

All guarantee coverage immediately ends if the product or any part thereof is repaired, replaced, altered, or modified without the prior written consent of REVAMP.

7. Your Legal Rights

This guarantee gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by country.

Because consumer laws differ between jurisdictions, some of the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
